Each day includes:

2hrs of on-ice training - Enhancing skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling, battles and playoff game situations

1.5hrs of athletic performance - Building speed, endurance, and power through specialized gym workouts.

1hr of shooting & stickhandling & passing OFF-ICE - Extra improvement in technique and basics

30min of hockey analysis - Studying game strategies, positioning, and decision making
